Our Denver office building can be your permanent business address.

Most “virtual mailbox” services are just subleasing an office space, or worse, a P.O. box. They don’t own their building, so they can lose their lease at any time.

Here’s how we’re different.

Each of our mail forwarding clients gets a Colorado business address with a unique suite number in our office building in Denver. We own this building, so we can’t lose our lease. Changing your business address is a hassle, so it’s worthwhile to invest in a mail forwarding service that won’t change their address every few years.

When you start your small business, you might not get a lot of mail, but you can still project a professional image with a prestigious commercial address in Denver. Later, if you start receiving more mail, or you need an office lease, phone service, or even conference room access, we make it easy to expand your service. You can upgrade (or downgrade) your mail forwarding package or get a Virtual Office with unlimited digital mail forwarding ($19/month) at any time.

We don’t believe that starting a business should require sacrificing your privacy. So we provide our clients a legit Colorado business address you can use on public forms, like Articles of Organization and Incorporation, keeping your home address out of online databases.

We also go the extra mile to protect your security by only storing your mail on web servers that we own. And unlike some of our competitors, we DON’T sell your data. Ever.

Colorado's Rocky Mountains make it easier for us to handle the legal monotony of providing registered agent and business formation services.

Colorado Mail Forwarding FAQ

Yes, but we don’t recommend it. The business address on your Articles of Organization or Trade Name application will go on the public record. Anyone will be able to find it by searching the Colorado Business Database. At worst this is a safety hazard. At best you’ll just receive a mountain of junk mail.

Using a mail forwarding service is an affordable and convenient way to get a business address you can use in place of your home address.

You can also upgrade to Premium Mail Forwarding or Virtual Office if you get more mail than you expected. Virtual Office includes UNLIMITED mail scans.

With Phone Service, you get a dedicated business phone number (with a local area code!) that you can use with your existing cell phone. Just download our free US-based Android or iOS app. Includes unlimited talk and text, call forwarding to any US number, and Visual Voicemail (transcribes voicemails into text).

When you order Mail Forwarding, you can try Phone Service FREE for 90 days (then $9/month until cancelled). Phone Service is INCLUDED with Virtual Office.
